These terms govern your use of the wedding planning platform: building a plan, verification by our planners, and payments through our accounts.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Estimates, quotes and bookings
Catalog prices are estimates. Only a planner's quote is a confirmed price, valid until its expiry. A down payment books the item at the quoted price.
Payments
You pay by bank transfer to our accounts and upload the receipt. A payment counts once our team has verified it.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
