What happens to money already paid when a booked item or a wedding is cancelled.
If you cancel
Money paid on a cancelled item is not refunded by default, unless the vendor agrees.
If the vendor cancels
You get back everything paid on that item, as a refund or as credit for another booking.
If we cancel
You get back everything paid on that item, as a refund or as credit.
Refunds
Refunds are paid by bank transfer, and they appear on your payments page with the date they were sent.
